Congregational fellowship events each year typically include two or three carry-in dinners, three or four fellowship times in the second hour following Sunday morning worship, an Easter breakfast, and occasional baby or wedding showers. Sunday Morning Coffee is served beginning at 9 a.m. and after the worship service, during an informal time for visiting before Sunday school classes begin.
CMC participants are organized into geographical neighborhoods of 15-35 members. Neighborhood groups meet four times a year, usually in February, May, August and November. Households become acquainted with each other and seek to be alert to needs within the neighborhood. These groups organize cards, flowers, meals, or visits, as needed due to hospitalization, illnesses, or family death among their members.
